Winthrop specialises in providing turnkey data centre solutions, providing services from design, through to construction across the full range of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical services as well as commissioning. As an engineering focused organisation.

Winthrop has grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in our sector. We are currently constructing multiple turnkey data centre projects across Europe.

We now seek a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Dublin.

In this role, you will leverage your experience to identify hiring needs both now and in the future, manage candidate sourcing channels, report on progress, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

To excel, you will have a solid recruitment background, with experience inhouse sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, with a strong service delivery focus, managing expectations for both hiring managers and candidates.

Reports to: Talent Acquisition Lead

Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with hiring teams to identify resourcing plans.
* Develop and implement recruitment strategiesto attract top talent.
* Manage multiple recruitment campaigns, sourcing candidatesthrough various channels, including agency partners, social media, job boards, and professional networks.
* Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the selection process.
* Build and maintain relationshipswith potential candidates.
* Represent the companyat job fairs and recruitment events.
* Monitor and analyse recruitment metricsto improve the hiring process.

Requirements

* Proven experienceas a Talent Acquisition Specialist or experience in a recruitment agency.
* Demonstrated experience managing agency partners, social media, applicant tracking systems and professional networks.
* Experience dealing with key stakeholders.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to design job descriptions and interview questions.
