About the Position
As a Service & Maintenance Manager, you will oversee and grow our team to ensure top-notch service delivery to Municipal, Industrial, and Commercial clients.
This role is responsible for managing the operations, expansion, and continuous improvement of our Service & Maintenance business unit.
* Service Operations: Manage daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery through day-to-day activities.
* Maintain service jobs per established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with monthly reviews of work orders and reporting.
* Implement systems to manage planned, reactive, and emergency service requests efficiently.
Main Responsibilities
* Team Development: Lead and develop the existing team to support sustainable business growth while maintaining high service standards.
* Pricing Management: Responsible for pricing all works, ensuring margin targets and customer value are achieved.
* Growth Strategy: Develop and implement a growth strategy for the Service & Maintenance business to meet current and future client demands.
