BIM Coordinator required for a leading Main Building Contractor based in North Dublin.
If successful you will play a key role in the successful implementation and management of Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes throughout all project phases from tender and preconstruction through project delivery and handover.

Responsibilities Responsible for the implementation of project standards, methods and procedures in accordance with ISO 19650 Part 1 & 2: 2018.
Ensure compliance with the client requirements as set out in the Project Exchange Information Requirements to ensure all project milestones are met on time and to the expected standards.
Federating digital information received by Task Teams and prepare clash detection, data verification and model health check reports ensuring that the project requirements are being met and communicate the issues identified to Design / Construction Lead and individual Task Teams.
Act as the Project Information Manager & liaise with the Project Team to achieve the project objectives.
Create, implement and maintain digital plans on the project including the BIM Execution plan, Asset Management Plan TIDPs and MIDP.
Lead the project BIM coordination meetings with all task teams.
Develop and execute a BIM Coordination Schedule in line with the construction sequence to be used in BIM Coordination workshops.
Supporting DPD team with internal audits and implementation of new technologies.
Requirements 3+ years experience in a similar role Fully competency in ISO19650 Degree in an Engineering or Design related subject Strong knowledge of Navisworks and Revit, other BIM software is desirable Strong attention to detail & solution driven Strong interpersonal skills Strong written and oral communication skills.
