**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet and Service Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing scheduled maintenance, managing repairs, and coordinating with service providers to minimize vehicle downtime.
This role is ideal for individuals who have a technical understanding and previous customer service experience. The ability to develop natural conversation and build rapport with customers is essential.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. A full clean driving license is required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Service and Maintenance Management: Overseeing scheduled maintenance, managing repairs, and coordinating with service providers.
* Cost Control: Analysing cost of repairs, managing costs, and implementing strategies to reduce expenses.
* Driver Support: Providing 24/7 driver support including Breakdown management.
* Vehicle Administration: Motor tax and CVRT administration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous customer service experience.
* Technical understanding and knowledge of fleet operations.
* Able to develop natural conversation and build rapport with customers.
* Full clean driving license.
