Senior Validation Engineer Position
This position is a leadership role within the Global Equipment Engineering function, responsible for leading and managing day-to-day validation activities across various sites. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, system analysis, and problem-solving skills, as well as strong leadership and project management abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and mentor a team of validation engineers, providing guidance, training, and career development support.
* Provide project management, validation oversight, and direction through all phases of the project lifecycle.
* Ensure validation deliverables meet project timelines, budgets, and scope, addressing changes proactively.
