We are hiring for our client, a leading Dublin-based corporate team, seeking a Corporate Solicitor (Associate to Senior Associate) to join a dynamic practice. The team advises both domestic and international clients across a broad spectrum of corporate work, including mergers and acquisitions, fundraisings, corporate restructurings, commercial contracts, corporate governance, technology, intellectual property, and international business.
This Corporate Solicitor role offers the opportunity to work on high-value, challenging transactions, develop specialist expertise, and build lasting client relationships in a collaborative, high-performing team.
The Role
* Advise on mergers and acquisitions, fundraisings, and corporate restructurings
* Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and shareholder agreements
* Support corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters
* Work with international and domestic clients across multiple sectors
* Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to business development initiatives
The Person
* Irish-qualified solicitor, Associate to Senior Associate level
* Solid experience in corporate transactions and commercial contracts
* Strong commercial awareness and client-focused approach
* Excellent drafting, communication, and organisational skills
* Confident managing a varied workload in a collaborative team
