6+ years' experience in fund accounting with a focus on Private Equity
Strong technical knowledge of complex fund structures and reporting
Proven experience managing teams and leading client relationships
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Commercial mindset with a focus on process improvement and efficiency
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting to the Head of PE Fund Accounting, this role sits within a senior leadership team overseeing key client relationships and operational delivery.
Leadership - Manage and develop multiple fund accounting teams, driving performance and progression
Client Management - Act as senior point of contact for key Private Equity clients
Oversight - Review NAVs, financial statements, and complex fund structures
Strategy - Contribute to the growth and development of the Private Equity division
Risk & Control - Ensure strong governance, controls, and regulatory compliance
Process Improvement - Drive efficiencies and enhancements across operations
Stakeholder Engagement - Work closely with senior internal and external stakeholders
Delivery - Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all client reporting requirements
