Business Development Manager
to lead sales efforts in the Munster region. This role focuses on vehicle enhancement and finished vehicle services, offering a broad and engaging scope for a seasoned sales professional with strong industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive strategic business development initiatives across Ireland.
* Lead the sales tendering process in collaboration with internal teams.
* Maintain and grow a database of tender opportunities and potential clients.
* Conduct market research into OEM logistics and emerging opportunities.
* Support account management and resolve client issues effectively.
* Act as Account Manager for assigned OEM, importer, and distributor clients.
* Build expertise in the Finished Vehicle Logistics industry.
* Contribute to marketing efforts including agency coordination, social media, and industry events.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Full, clean driver's license.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales role, ideally within the automotive or automation industry.
* Proven success in tendering and closing sales.
* Strong analytical and project management skills.
* High emotional intelligence, creativity, and marketing acumen.
* Comfortable working across both sales and marketing functions.
* Existing network within car dealerships in the Munster region is a distinct advantage.
