Our client, a rapidly scaling organisation at the forefront of Dublins IT sector, is seeking an AI Engineer to play a key role in designing and delivering production-grade AI systems that directly support business growth and innovation. This is an opportunity to move beyond experimentation and work on real-world AI applications, building systems that are actively used, continuously evolving, and central to the companys technical strategy. The Role You will take ownership of the end-to-end AI lifecycle from solution design and architecture through to deployment and optimisation in production. Working closely with engineering and product teams, you will help shape how AI is embedded across core systems and workflows. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and deploy AI/LLM-powered solutions for scalable, real-world use cases Develop and maintain high-performance backend systems and APIs Architect and optimise data pipelines to support intelligent applications Deploy, manage, and scale systems within cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve system performance in production Collaborate across teams to integrate AI seamlessly into existing platforms Required Experience Strong background in Python and backend engineering Hands-on experience with LLMs and modern AI frameworks/tools Proven track record of building and deploying production-grade systems Solid understanding of system design, APIs, and data architecture Experience working with cloud infrastructure and distributed systems Desirable Skills Experience with tools such as Lang Chain or similar orchestration frameworks Exposure to MLOps practices, monitoring, and model optimisation Familiarity with frontend technologies (e.g. React) is beneficial Why Join Be part of a high-growth, ambitious technology team in Dublin Work on impactful AI systems that go beyond prototypes and into daily use High level of ownership, autonomy, and technical influence Competitive compensation and strong long-term career potential HOW TO APPLY: If you are interested in this role, please apply for this role with your updated CV
