Requirements and Qualifications

* Strong commercial awareness with a successful background in driving performance and operational improvements.
* Experience in staff rota planning, task delegation, and general team management.
* Exceptional team-building abilities and a commitment to delivering a superior customer experience through teamwork and individual excellence.
* Capable of making sound, independent decisions in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure.
* Familiarity with reading, understanding, and creating planograms to support merchandising and stock placement.
