Compassionate Support Worker
The ideal candidate for this role will be a caring and compassionate individual who is dedicated to providing support to residents in their residential care team. In this temporary position, you'll have the opportunity to promote the independence and well-being of our residents by assisting them with personal care, mobility, and daily living tasks.
* Assist residents with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
* Support residents in maintaining their independence through social activities such as games nights or outings.
The successful applicant should have experience working within intellectual disabilities or complex needs environments. You must also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills which enable you to build positive relationships with colleagues and service users.
In addition,
garda vetting clearance will be required before commencing employment.
The following are considered essential qualifications:
* FETAC/QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support or equivalent qualification required
* Experience working within intellectual disabilities/complex needs preferred.
