About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support our Chief Operating Officer (COO) and broader operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and is passionate about improving processes and driving operational excellence.
As the Operations Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in coordinating cross-departmental projects, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring smooth execution of strategic initiatives across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the COO in executing operational strategies and organizational initiatives.
* Coordinate and monitor cross-departmental projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
* Track, analyze, and report on key operational metrics and KPIs.
* Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and performance.
* Assist with preparation of executive reports, presentations, and documentation for leadership meetings.
* Serve as a liaison between departments to promote effective communication and collaboration.
* Help manage operational budgets, vendor relationships, and resource planning as needed.
* Maintain accurate records, dashboards, and data systems related to ongoing projects.
Qualifications
* Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
* 2–4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or business support (experience supporting senior leadership is a plus).
* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Pay: €45,000.00-€60,000.00 per year
