Job Description
As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient reconciliation of assigned accounts within specified deadlines. This role requires a high degree of organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of reconciling all assigned accounts accurately and efficiently within relevant deadlines.
* Ensure queries are answered in line with department procedures.
* Work queue management and completion within relevant deadlines.
* Attend and participate in team huddles and team meetings.
Accountabilities:
* Employees are required to comply with regulatory regimes as appropriate to the above role.
* Employees are expected to exercise due care and diligence, ensuring areas they are responsible for are organized and controlled.
* Employees are required to observe proper standards of market, business, and personal conduct, demonstrating integrity in execution of duties.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous financial services experience is highly desirable.
* Customer service experience would be an advantage.
* Ability to review and resolve queries effectively.
* Ability to work to deadlines and manage workload efficiently.
* Strong planning and organization skills.
* Ability to work on own initiative and demonstrate self-motivation.
* Effective verbal reasoning and numeric skills.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills.
* Knowledge and understanding of working within a regulatory environment.
