Trusted by 80+ of the world's top 100 brands, RWS provides the confidence, governance and expertise organizations need to deploy AI safely, responsibly and at scale.Headquartered in the UK, RWS is listed on AIM (RWS.L).More information: Job PurposeAs experienced and driven Product Marketing leader, you will support our growing Content Tech solutions and help to shape and execute our go-to-market strategy for our Generate – Content Tech business unit, ensuring alignment with revenue growth, customer retention and satisfaction goals.Your responsibilities will span product launches, cross-functional enablement and strategic marketing initiatives that include product offerings, highlight our value to customers and strengthen our leadership in the market.Job Overview:Key ResponsibilitiesTeam LeadershipLead and develop the product marketing team through clear goals and regular 1:1sDrive accountability, performance, and career developmentStrategy & GTMSet top-down product marketing strategy and direction for the business unitOwn product marketing budget, KPIs, and performance metricsEnsure that each product and solution within the Content Tech offering is clearly defined, market-ready, and supported with the insight, messaging and content required to drive commercial success - across all stages of the funnel.Accountable for the product marketing budgetPerformance accountability - Track and report marketing contribution to pipelineLead go-to-market strategy for new productsManage product launches and releases, including coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring successful execution.Act as a key stakeholder in lead generation and funnel optimizationWork with content and demand generation teams to create thought leadership and funnel specific assets.Positioning & MessagingLead the development of product positioning and messaging. Work closely with the product, sales and engineering teams.Define unique value propositions for different customer segments.Monitor industry trends and translate insights into product and messaging recommendations.Develop and maintain strategic messaging frameworks aligned with buyer personas.Oversee development of sales and marketing assets (solution briefs, case studies, website copy)Own sales enablement content including pitch decks, playbooks, battle cards, and trainingSales, Market & Customer InsightPartner closely with Sales to align messaging and capture field insightsConduct market research, competitor analysis, and win/loss interviews.Lead competitive analysis and customer researchSupport analyst relations and market-facing narrativesReporting and EventsProvide weekly executive reporting on pipeline and channel performanceLead analytics, reporting, and optimization effortsPlan and execute key customer and lead-generation eventsKey DeliverablesCoordinated launch and release plans.Creation of assets (e.g., landing pages, webinars).Strategic messaging frameworks.Product and Vertical Marketing PlaybooksDocumented value propositions for customer segments.Thought leadership and funnel-specific content assets.Sales tools: pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, case studies, etc.What Success Looks LikeClear, differentiated positioning across all products and verticalsStrong alignment between Product Marketing, Product, and SalesConsistent, measurable contribution to pipeline and revenueHigh-performing, engaged product marketing teamSuccessful launches, effective sales enablement, and strong market perceptionDemonstrated history of strong B2B content creation.Exposure to AI/automation tools in marketing or GTM workflowsSkills & ExperienceBachelor's degree or experience in B2B technology organization is required.B2B Product Marketing experience5-7 years of experience in Product Marketing or Product Management within a mid-to-large sized corporationStrong people leadership and cross-functional influenceData-driven, commercially minded approachIt would be great if you also had…Product Marketing experience in software, data or servicesExposure to regulated, vertical-specific, or government marketsExperience with analyst relations and executive-level reportingExperience with a global/multi-national matrix organizationLife at RWS:Life at RWS - If you like the idea of working with smart people who are passionate about growing the value of ideas, data and content by making sure organizations are understood, then you'll love life at RWS.Our purpose is to unlock global understanding.
