Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

As a Licensed Professional Counselor in our outpatient setting, you’ll provide high-quality therapy to individuals and families while contributing to a collaborative, mission-driven clinical team. Our ideal candidate brings curiosity, flexibility, and cultural humility—ready to meet clients where they are and walk alongside them toward meaningful change.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct clinical assessments and provide individual, couples, and/or family counseling.
* Develop treatment plans using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, or trauma-focused therapy.
* Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
* Collaborate with healthcare providers, schools, and other community partners to coordinate care.
* Participate in regular clinical consultation, staff meetings, and continuing education.
* Optional: Facilitate therapy or psychoeducation groups based on your interest and expertise.
* Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health, or a related field.
* Current LPC license in Wyoming or eligibility for Wyoming licensure within 3–6 months.
* A commitment to ethical, culturally responsive, and client-centered care.
* Familiarity with trauma-informed practices and rural mental health issues is a plus.
* Experience in outpatient, school-based, or integrated care settings preferred, but not required.
