Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop tailored dietetic plans for patients.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of dietary interventions and make necessary adjustments.
* Educate patients and their families on nutritional practices to promote health and manage medical conditions.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate nutritional care into the overall treatment plan.
* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with hospital standards.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field.
* Registered Dietitian status with CORU.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical dietetic experience.
* Full driving license and access to own car is desirable.
* Resident in Ireland and legal right to work in Ireland without restriction.
* All candidates will be required to undergo Garda Vetting.
* International Police Clearance (if lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months after the age of 16).
