Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and lead a complex adult caseload including clients with long-term conditions, disabilities, and age-related challenges.

* Carry out comprehensive assessments of function, cognition, and daily living skills, both in clinic and domiciliary settings.

* Develop tailored treatment plans and interventions to support optimal independence and function.

* Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support to junior Occupational Therapists and students.

* Liaise closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.

* Contribute to service development, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.

* Actively participate in CPD, peer reviews, and ongoing professional training.

* Engage in early intervention, hospital discharge planning, and long-term condition management strategies.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a BSc/MSc in Occupational Therapy and be CORU registered. A minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience in adult rehabilitation, primary care, or community settings is required, along with demonstrated expertise in managing complex cases and delivering home assessments.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is a full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle for community visits.
