The OpportunityIn this role you will: Support Strategic Delivery: Work closely with the Group Head of Transformation to plan, coordinate, and drive execution of transformation initiatives across the group.Programme & Project Management: Lead or support priority workstreams — from scoping and planning through to execution.Change Management: Partner with business leaders to design and implement change strategies that drive adoption and sustainable outcomes.Problem Solving & Insight Generation: Use structured thinking and data analysis to diagnose issues, develop solutions, and prepare recommendations for senior stakeholders.Governance & Reporting: Maintain visibility of progress across the transformation portfolio, ensuring risks, dependencies and milestones are proactively managed and reported.Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong working relationships across functions and levels, acting as a trusted enabler of change.Continuous Improvement: Bring external perspective, consulting discipline, and a mindset of continuous improvement to all activities.We would love to hear from you if you have: Experience in management consulting or an in-house Transformation/Change, Strategy, or HR role.
Experience in organisational design is a bonus.Strong project management and organisational skillsClear, constructive and engaging communication – someone who knows what to ask and when, as well as how to challenge and be challengedAnalytical and structured problem-solving capabilitiesStrong experience and confidence in presenting to Executive Teams, strong commercial acumen and a focus to drive business outcomes through peopleComfortable working in ambiguity and at paceA proactive, collaborative, resilient, and delivery-focused attitudeProficiency in PowerPoint and Excel#LI-Hybrid
