We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team at McCann Teggart Limited in Newry as an Office Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering incoming phone calls and directing enquiries
* Welcoming and assisting clients at the front of house
* Handling basic bookkeeping tasks
* Managing stationery supplies and placing orders
* Performing general office duties using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Requirements:
* Prior experience in an office administration role is preferred
* Confident in Microsoft Office applications
