Front of House & Clinic Administrator The Thrive Clinic Dublin About Us The Thrive Clinic is Dublins newest private practice dedicated to Autism, Occupational Therapy (OT), and Speech & Language Therapy (SLT) assessments for children.

Our mission is to provide exceptional, family-centred services that not only meet Irelands growing demand for assessments, but do so with compassion, professionalism, and respect for every child and family who comes through our doors.

We are now seeking a Front of House & Clinic Administrator to join our team in Anglesea Road, Dublin 4.

This is a key role in supporting our clinicians and families while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities Client Coordination Manage scheduling of Autism, OT, and SLT assessments.

Welcome families to the clinic, ensuring a professional, supportive, and reassuring experience.

Handle phone and email communications with families, clinicians, and external bodies.

Data & Documentation Manage client profiles using Cliniko and secure platforms (e.g., Share File, Webex).

Collect and organise documentation, liaising with the HSE when required.

Administer and manage standardised questionnaires (Pearson, WPS).

Assessment Support Prepare and maintain assessment kits and online testing platforms.

Organise materials and ensure all information is complete before appointments.

Track report deadlines, support proofreading (clarity, grammar, formatting, and neuroaffirmative language), and assist with scoring.

Clinic Operations Support clinicians with diary management and workflow efficiency.

Maintain stock of supplies and refreshments.

Keep clinic space organised, welcoming, and well-presented.

What Were Looking For Strong background in administration, ideally in a client-facing/front office role.

Excellent IT literacy, including scheduling systems and document management tools.

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and sensitively with families.

Strong interpersonal skills to engage confidently with children, families, clinicians, and external agencies.

A calm, professional presence when supporting families during what can often be an emotional or stressful process.

Self-starter with experience in fast-paced environments.

Desirable:experience working with children in clinical, educational, or support settings.
