The Morgan Hotel is looking for a Full-Time Commis Chef to join our kitchen team and support the Head and Sous Chef in delivering high-quality dishes and outstanding guest service.
What you'll be doing:
* Prepare, cook and present menu items to the highest standards
* Maintain kitchen hygiene, safety, and compliance
* Assist with food prep and support team operations
* Conduct temperature checks and ensure correct storage
* Report issues promptly to Head/Sous Chef
* Contribute to training new staff and maintaining team morale
* Ensure every dish reflects The Morgan Hotel's quality and standards
This role is for you if you:
* Experience as a Commis Chef or similar kitchen role
* Knowledge of hygiene, health & safety regulations
* Team player, organised, and detail-oriented
* Passion for food and guest satisfaction
* Fluent English (other languages a plus)
