Laharts Volkswagen are looking to recruit an Experienced Sales Executive to join our sales team in Kilkenny.The ideal candidate will be an experienced Sales Executive with a proven track record of selling new and used vehicles. Experience working as Sales Executive within the motor Industry is a key requirement.Role Responsibilities:Follow the sales process, to achieve maximum results from sales opportunitiesQualify customer needs when presenting dealership productsDeliver a first class service and customer experienceCarry out accurate appraisals of all vehicles offered for part exchangeProspect for new and used car customers on a regular basis to create additional sales opportunitiesManage the preparation and handover of vehicles to customersParticipate in planning sales campaigns and promotions to maximise salesDemonstrating strong communication skills and immaculate presentationThe person:Skills and Competencies:Minimum of 3 years' Car Sales Experience within the Motor IndustryDemonstrate strong communication skillsExperience in Kerridge/Keyloop Showroom system an advantageProficient in Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, Email)Present a professional image through attitude, behaviour and personal appearanceBuild strong interdepartmental relationshipsDriven and ambitious in meeting targets on a monthly basisPossess strong attention to detail with administrative functionsProvide expert advice on various products available for each vehicleTime Management skills -Work independently in a busy, active environment, managing own time and workflowA full, clean driver's licence is required for this positionJob Type: Full-timeExperience:Car Sales: 3 years (required)Licence/Certification:Full Clean Driving Licence (required)Work authorisation:Ireland (required)Work Location: In person
