Client: Leading Independent Estate Agency
Essentials: PSRA Licence; 2–5 years' experience in residential property sales; full clean driving licence with own vehicle; strong IT and client service skills.
Location: East Cork & Cork City
Salary: €33,000 - €35,000
Package: Phone; laptop; mileage; commission; CPD allowance; discretionary bonus; company dividends

Our client, a long-established and highly regarded independent estate agency, is seeking a Sales Negotiator to join their expanding team in East Cork. With an impressive market share and a reputation for delivering exceptional service, this is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated property professional ready to elevate their career. This role will primarily look after Residential properties but also Commercial and Land,
* Sales & Negotiation : Manage residential sales from valuation to completion, including client onboarding, viewings, negotiations, and post-sale liaison.
* Valuations : Undertake accurate residential property valuations with confidence and attention to market trends.
* Client Relationship Management : Offer expert guidance and a professional, supportive experience for both buyers and sellers.
* Marketing : Create marketing content, manage advertising campaigns, and coordinate digital and traditional promotions.
* New Instructions : Secure new listings and generate business through relationship-building and proactive lead follow-up.
* Stakeholder Liaison : Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, developers, and internal team members to ensure smooth transactions.
* Performance Management : Work to individual and team targets, with opportunities for performance-based rewards.
