Your Job
The role of Sales Person in Harvey Norman is to maximise sales and profit by meeting the needs of the customer. A successful salesperson has excellent product knowledge, provides outstanding customer service, creates a great shopping experience for the customer, and is dedicated to the craft of selling. This role is crucial for making Harvey Norman a great place to shop.

Your Qualifications & Experience
* Experience & Qualifications: Leaving cert or equivalent required. 1–3 years experience dealing face to face with the public in customer service, hospitality, tourism, or retail.
* Energetic, self-motivated & persistent – You possess a high level of energy and can work towards goals with minimal supervision.
* Strong Sales Experience – Ideally a strong background in sales or customer-facing roles with a drive to excel, meet goals, and achieve targets.
* Industry and product knowledge in furniture, interiors, cooking, technology, or appliances is preferred but not essential.

Additional Information
* This is a full-time, 11-month fixed-term contract with potential for permanency.
* Flexibility required to cover store opening hours, including days, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
* Successful candidate will be required to attend a company induction day.
