Process Technician Role
We are seeking a highly skilled analytical professional to work with a global healthcare leader in Cavan.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct advanced analytical testing across various techniques, including HPLC and ICP, to support raw material analysis, in-process testing, and finished product testing.
* Develop, evaluate, and verify complex analytical test methods across various techniques, including HPLC and ICP, as required.
* Lead the investigation of analytical issues using quality tools and site CAPA process.
* Provide expert analytical support in the technical transfer of analytical methods into the Analytical Laboratory.
* Support equipment installation and validation activities as required by project demands.
* Contribute to the Analytical Laboratory continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
* A BSc in analytical chemistry or equivalent scientific discipline with 2 years' experience within an analytical role; or BSc in a degree with significant analytical focus plus 2+ years' experience within an analytical role.
* Practical experience in a range of analytical techniques, including HPLC and ICP.
* Extensive knowledge and experience of analytical principles and procedures, method development, method validation, and method transfers.
* Strong understanding of compliance and quality standards.
* Proven ability to plan and work independently in a high-pressured production environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interacting constructively with employees, managers, and cross-functional peers.
