Key Responsibilities: Assist in the design of mechanical and electrical building systems, including HVAC, power distribution, lighting, and controls. Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks). Develop electrical schematics, panel layouts, and cable routing diagrams. Participate in site visits, surveys, and technical assessments. Support the preparation of technical reports, calculations, and equipment schedules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and consultants. Ensure designs meet industry codes, client specifications, and internal quality standards. Maintain accurate project documentation and adhere to timelines. Skills and Qualifications: Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or related field). Minimum of1 year experiencein a mechanical/electrical design engineering environment. Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with Revit and/or SolidWorks is a plus.
