The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and provide a high level of customer care from booking to journey end.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Provide a warm welcome to customers at check-in and act as boarding agent
* Offer exceptional service in a dynamic environment
* Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a seamless customer experience
* Problem solve issues impacting customer satisfaction
* Assist during disruptions or cancellations
Requirements
* Previous experience in customer-facing roles
* At least 18 years old
* Fluent English, spoken and written
* Flexible shift work in a 24/7 operation
* Adhere to uniform and grooming standards
* Pass security background check and Garda Vetting
* Provide references and eligible to live/work in EU
