Project Overview:
This project aims to address the issue of access to life-saving medicines in low-income populations in developing countries. A team is developing AI and machine learning tools that can accelerate the creation of medicines for conditions that disproportionately affect those in developing countries, such as malaria and other tropical diseases.
An ambitious goal, this project aligns with several thematic areas including Future Medicines and AI & Data Analytics. The successful candidate will gain experience developing computational tools to support a rational approach to selecting formulations for critical medicines.
The achievement of expected progression within Post Doc levels is transferable between Irish HEIs.
