Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, QuickBooks)
Process accounts payable and receivable
Bank reconciliations and VAT returns
Assist with payroll and monthly reporting
Ensure compliance with Irish tax regulations
Requirements
Experience in a bookkeeping or finance role
Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
Strong attention to detail and time management
Relevant qualification (e.g., IATI, ACCA part-qualified)
Desirable
Experience with BrightPay or similar payroll systems
Knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting
