Project Portfolio Management Assistant Vice President
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor and oversee financial projects, ensuring transparency in project reporting and aligning resource allocation with business objectives.
* Develop and present monthly status reports that are accessible to both technical and non-technical teams, utilizing tools such as ServiceNow, Excel, and PowerPoint for effective management and enhancement of PMO processes.
* Support the ongoing development of project documentation by engaging with IT heads and reviewing statements of work, providing insights on how to improve current toolsets for greater effectiveness.
* Facilitate weekly project forums to review project initiations, validate charters, and ensure all necessary resources, financials, and strategic considerations have been addressed.
* Review key project documents to identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate manual tasks, and increase overall efficiency.
