This is a senior leadership position that oversees the global Citrix team, responsible for support, administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of existing and new implementations in multiple datacenters. The individual will lead a 24x7 support team and be accountable for ensuring all internal documentation is current and shared centrally.
The successful candidate must have extensive knowledge and experience in managing complex Citrix environments, with a focus on delivering customized infrastructure solutions to meet business needs. Key skills include:
* Expertise in Citrix product offerings, including Netscaler, XenApp, and XenDesktop
* Implementation and migration experience with medium to large Citrix environments for enterprise customers
* Detailed knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and networking
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and senior leadership interaction
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with 10+ years of experience in troubleshooting, implementing, and managing Citrix environments. Additionally, they should have experience working in an ITIL managed environment and be proficient in developing SLAs, SOWs, and other business requirements.
