What This Role Looks Like Day To Day
The Ethoca Product Integration team is looking for a Sr. Analyst, Product Integration for the EEMEA region. You will be a customer-facing implementation consultant, acting as the main point of contact during technical onboarding and after the customer is live. You will spend roughly 50% of your time on customer implementation projects and the remaining time supporting technical queries from customers or internal teams. Fluency in English is required.
Responsibilities
* Work with customers during onboarding from kick-off to configuring accounts and reviewing testing, providing guidance throughout the process.
* Support live customers with account updates and ongoing operations.
* Review current business and customer processes; identify and recommend solutions that meet requirements and improve customer or operational experience in a consultative manner.
* Act as a conduit between internal and external stakeholders while managing expectations and competing demands.
* Develop and maintain expertise on all internal systems, support, and onboarding processes.
What You’ll Bring
* Experience implementing and supporting API/SFTP B2B technology solutions, ideally in fintech or SaaS (e.g., sales engineer, customer support, implementation manager).
* Italian fluency (spoken and written) is a nice-to-have.
* Ability to interact directly with customers and learn about their business.
* Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment.
* Strong project management skills with experience handling multiple projects simultaneously; ability to solicit requirements, build a plan, and execute.
* Flexibility to support international time zones for global customer implementations and support.
Assets (Not Required)
* Experience with APIs, SQL, and regular expressions.
* Prior experience and knowledge in payments.
