Project Management Specialist
This role involves overseeing the development and implementation of new and renovated biopharmaceutical process equipment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing project scope, deliverables, scheduling, and quality
* Assisting in design review, site acceptance, and installation of equipment
* Preparing and presenting project status reports to stakeholders
* Disseminating technical information relating to equipment, engineering, and regulatory guidelines
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
The successful project manager will drive project delivery through effective planning, coordination, and control. They will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
They will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential risks, as well as developing and implementing contingency plans when necessary.
