Job Title: Banqueting Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in leading banqueting operations to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality food and service
- Communicate and delegate tasks effectively to the team to achieve excellent results
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and manage guest queries efficiently
- Collaborate with the Banqueting Manager to train and develop team members
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Banqueting Supervisor in a luxury hotel setting
- Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and late closing shifts
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to maintain good interdepartmental relations
- Previous food and beverage experience is essential
- Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
- Flexibility to respond to different work situations and ability to work independently or as part of a team
