Job Type: Permanent
Hours of coverage: 1.30PM – 11PM, on rotational shifts, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime, following US holidays.
Location: Letterkenny campus, Donegal.

The Role
The Customer Service Professional answers queries from customers and financial professionals in the United States.
Each interaction is unique, ranging from basic contract questions to complex financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Take incoming calls from customers and financial professionals.
Handle requests/problems, investigate, determine solution, and follow through with resolution.
Exemplify the business's core value of providing world-class customer service.
Possess high-level knowledge of multiple product components serviced by the business.
Use computerised systems for tracking, information gathering, referrals, and troubleshooting.
Meet or exceed daily productivity and quality standards and service level timelines.
Motivate and support co-workers to attain team and department goals.
Use feedback to identify opportunities for continual performance improvement.
Display flexibility for other tasks as they arise.
Your Profile
Key skills/knowledge/experience:
Flexibility/adapting to change.
Demonstrate initiative and drive for results.
Good organizational skills and time management.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a team and independently.
Good to Have
At least 6–12 months customer service experience preferred.
Financial Services industry knowledge is a plus.
