Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Chef de Partie for one of our well-established clients, a 4 star hotel in Co. Donegal.
Your main responsibilities in this role will be preparing food and dishes for a busy daily breakfast and lunch service as the hours are 7AM – 3PM Monday to Friday.
Requirements
2-3 Years experience as a Chef de Partie within a busy hotel environment.
A desire and passion to grow your skills using the finest ingredients and produce.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage your section and assist Head Chef/Sous Chefs with daily service.
Flexible with working hours as role will include, mornings and days shifts only from 7AM-3PM Monday to Friday.
HACCP trained and great understanding of food safety, policies and regulations.
Package on Offer
Competitive salary of €36,000 – €42,000 Per Annum dependent on experience
Free Parking & Meals on duty.
