The Opportunity: As a Global Marketing Lead for the Established Brands portfolio, you will develop global brand strategies, build relationships with external experts, and create impactful omnichannel programs. You will support strategy implementation across markets and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize brand performance. This role offers a hybrid working model, balancing office presence with remote work to promote work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Co-lead the development of brand strategic (iGBP) and operational plans.
2. Build strong relationships with external Key External Experts (KEEs) and develop targeted plans and programs.
3. Create meaningful, omnichannel content aligned with brand positioning and customer engagement frameworks.
4. Analyze market and competitive environments to guide global strategies and mitigate risks.
5. Collaborate with markets and cross-functional teams (medical, communications, supply chain, regulatory) to support strategy development, implementation, and lifecycle management.
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
* Pharma sales experience.
* Significant country marketing experience, including full accountability for a major brand in an affiliate.
* Strong marketing experience in primary care.
* Proven ability to lead above-country omnichannel campaigns.
* Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to align strategies and optimize brand performance.
Preferred Knowledge & Experience:
* Experience in regional or global marketing roles, with ability to align strategies across geographies.
Required Qualifications:
* First degree in science or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Higher degree in marketing or business.
Additional Information:
* This is a permanent, full-time position based in Ireland or the UK.
* The role follows a hybrid working model, requiring at least 2 days per week in the office.
* Candidates must be within a commutable distance of the office.
