* Managing the executive calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel and appointments.
* Serving as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
* Preparing reports, presentations, and briefs for leadership meetings.
* Maintaining key tasks, deadlines, and project deliverables.
* Assisting with client onboarding and maintaining client records and communications.
* Supporting project and operations management across departments.
* Oversseeing administrative systems and processes for efficiency.
* Coordinating team activities, meetings, and performance tracking.
* Handling sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion.
