This is an excellent opportunity to work hands-on in a multidisciplinary environment, supporting both manufacturing process development and device design for catheter-based technologies that improve patient outcomes.What You’ll DoSupport the development and improvement of manufacturing processesAssist with builds for testing, clinical studies, and commercial useHelp verify and validate new product designs and processesRapidly prototype product and fixture concepts using standard catheter-building techniques, including 3D printingModel and analyse mechanical systems using SolidWorks or similar CAD softwareLiaise with suppliers and vendors for materials, processes, and equipmentPrepare project documentation, specifications, and schedulesContribute to intellectual property where appropriateWhat We’re Looking ForDegree in Engineering or related discipline3+ years’ experience in the medical device industry (manufacturing experience advantageous)Hands-on, practical engineering mindsetExperience with medical device polymers (catheter experience advantageous)Familiarity with process development and validation principlesSolidWorks or equivalent CAD proficiencyStrong verbal and written communication skillsTeam-oriented, collaborative approach and commitment to continuous learningWhy This Role?Hands-on exposure to cutting-edge catheter-based medical technologiesCollaborative, inclusive, and engineering-driven cultureOpportunity to contribute to life-changing medical devicesCareer development potential within a growing organisation Interested?
