The Role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll work alongside theStore Manager to:
Recruit,inspire & motivate a passionate team to exceed targets.
Drivesales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control.
Createa fun, engaging environment for both customers and colleagues.
Ensureoperational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management.

What you'll need tosucceed
Previousexperiencein retail management, ideally 1+years
Passionfor customer service & sales.
Strongdecision-making & problem-solving skills.
Aresults-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
Willingnessto carry out piercing services for our customers – with full trainingprovided (Optional)
