Job Opportunity: Financial Administrator
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to fill a key role in our financial operations.
* Maintenance of Debtors and Creditors ledgers
* Posting of purchase and sales invoices for accurate financial records
* Banking and bank reconciliations to ensure financial integrity
* Resolution of supplier queries in a timely manner
* Assistance to the Financial Controller in preparing monthly/annual financial reports
* Additional administrative duties as required to support the team
Essential Requirements:
* Proven bookkeeping experience or similar financial role
* Desirable: experience in the property or construction industry
* Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Sage) and Microsoft Excel
* Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
