Our client, a leading logistics company with operations across the Southeast region of Ireland, is seeking highly organised and proactive Sales Administrators to join their fast-paced teams in Waterford and Kilkenny sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to sales and logistics teams
* Handle sales queries with professionalism and courtesy
* Process sales orders, delivery dockets, purchase orders, and invoices accurately and efficiently
* Update internal systems and maintain accurate records of sales transactions
* Liaise with drivers, suppliers, and customers to coordinate deliveries and collections
* Greet and assist visitors to the office, ensuring smooth communication across departments
* Support with stock checks and reporting as required

Requirements
