Responsibilities
1. Serve as the focal point for specific piping inspection programs per FIMS02- Pressure Equipment Integrity Program Manual, including CUI & CUPS, AGI, LPIP, UPIP, under guidance of Lead/Senior Engineer.
2. Execute FIMS01 – Corrosion Integrity Program Manual under guidance of Lead/Senior Engineer.
3. Ensure familiarity with company global procedures and maintenance practices during execution.
4. Provide technical oversight, including reviewing and evaluating piping inspection programs, developing inspection plans, and optimizing scope of work.
5. Recommend follow-up repair or maintenance actions for piping and pressure equipment, including MOC and impact actions.
6. Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis for failures or issues.
7. Maintain and analyze piping information and inspection records.
8. Adapt to an agile work environment, stay updated with industry standards, and contribute to process improvements.
9. Utilize data analytics, digital tools, and technologies to enhance work practices through digital transformation.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical, chemical, materials, or related engineering discipline.
2. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in oil & gas, refining, petrochemical, LNG, or related industries, focusing on inspection and integrity engineering.
3. Experience with in-service inspection, fitness for service, materials & corrosion engineering, NDE, and RBI.
4. Broad knowledge of industry codes and standards such as ASME, API, AMPP, BS/ISO, Australian Standards.
5. Experience in developing repair plans for static equipment and remaining life assessments.
6. Ability to demonstrate ownership and promote continuous improvement through KPIs.
