An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join a progressive public sector organisation on an initial 3 month contract.
Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, and with two direct reports, youll play a key role in delivering day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and HR projects that support a positive and inclusive workplace culture with offices in Dublin 1.
Key Responsibilities: Manage HR operations including employee records, absence management, and HR queries.
Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management.
Contribute to HR initiatives across wellbeing, learning, and diversity & inclusion.
Maintain HR data and produce reports to support decision-making.
About You: HR qualification (degree or diploma) with at least 4 years solid HR BP/Management experience.
A minimum of two years experience in a supervisory or management capacity, including the coaching or direct line management of staff, Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work to deadlines.
CIPD qualification or public sector experience an advantage.
