A fast-growing data company is scaling its global platform across AWS and Azure, supporting large enterprise clients. As a Technology Operations Engineer, you’ll act as a key link between Helpdesk, users, and Systems/SRE teams, helping ensure performance, reliability, and security across the environment.
You’ll be involved in day-to-day operations, system administration, and cloud infrastructure, with the chance to grow into SRE-focused work over time.
You will:
Act as liaison between Helpdesk, users, and engineering teams
Manage user onboarding/offboarding and endpoint operations
Administer SaaS tools (access, setup, lifecycle management)
Support security controls (email security, vulnerabilities, ISO 27001)
Maintain backups, disaster recovery, and system availability
Collaborate on cloud, automation, and reliability improvements
Skills/Experience:
Experience in IT Operations / Systems Administration (5+ years ideal)
Exposure to AWS and/or Azure
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Day Rate
