Job Title: Switchboard Administrator
The primary role of the Switchboard Administrator is to ensure seamless and efficient delivery of customer service. They will be responsible for managing multiple phone lines, interacting with the central switchboard, and providing high standards of communication skills.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Managing incoming calls using a switchboard system and transferring them to the appropriate extension in a timely manner
* Operating various communication systems such as Cisco and CAFM (Real Time)
* Supporting the team with administrative tasks including logging tickets and requisitions for orders
* Coordinating reactive works on-site and ensuring accurate completion of tasks
Qualifications include:
* Previous experience in switchboard and helpdesk roles is highly desirable
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
* Excellent telephone manners and communication skills are essential
* Ability to complete tasks accurately and within deadlines
