Specialist Role for Gynaecology and Urology Products
This is a challenging opportunity to support sales and market objectives by promoting a range of medical devices to key healthcare professionals.
The successful candidate will have 12 weeks of observational training in hospitals, where they will be shadowing an experienced territory manager who will be providing clinical support.
* Provide customers with technical advice and guidance on the safe and effective use of products and surgical techniques.
* Engage with existing and new healthcare professionals to develop sales opportunities and advise on appropriate leads.
* Maintain up-to-date records of customer activity on the company's system, including information on usage, purchasing protocols, and competitor activity.
* In addition to customer-facing activities, the specialist will also support the development of product knowledge with the sales team through teaching and training.
This role requires advanced communication and influencing skills, as well as the ability to create a positive impact and convey confidence in a clinical environment.
The ideal candidate will be driven by a desire to succeed and have a strong work ethic, with the motivation to overcome challenges.
Requirements:
* 2-5 Years' experience working as a hospital-based physiotherapist, scrub nurse, or midwife.
* Specific experience in female healthcare, particularly pelvic physiotherapy, is highly desirable.
* Full clean driving license.
