We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes within a specific section.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing meat and fish
* Assisting with health and safety management
* Managing food hygiene practices
* Training and supervising Commis Chefs
* Monitoring portion and waste control
You will work closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chef to create new menu items and recipes.
