Job description We are looking for a highly skilled, qualified, and motivated Senior Accountant to oversee a diverse portfolio of clients spanning multiple industries. This position offers early client engagement and the chance to collaborate closely with sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies. Responsibilities Review financial accounts and tax computations for sole traders, companies, and partnerships. Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain strong client relationships. Support Partners and specialist teams in delivering high-quality client service. Contribute to the growth and development of the Practice. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting and taxation standards and regulations. Assist clients in achieving their business and financial objectives. Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions for clients. Maintain high standards of accuracy, attention to detail, and client service. Manage deadlines effectively while supporting and mentoring team members where required. Skills and Experience CPA/ACA/ACCA qualified accountant. Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a Public Practice environment. Strong attention to detail and technical accounting knowledge. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills. Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively within teams. Commercial awareness and commitment to exceptional customer service. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on own initiative. A willingness to learn and develop professionally. Passion for helping businesses achieve their potential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software systems.
