HR ManagerRole SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and proactiveHR Managerto lead and develop the human resources function within our organisation in Ireland, UK and Europe.This role will play a key part in shaping people strategy, driving people development initiatives, managing performance frameworks, and ensuring compliance with Irish employment legislation.The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership team, while supporting employees across the full HR lifecycle.Roles And ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with Irish employment law and best practiceLead people development initiatives, including talent management, succession planning, and learning & development programmesDesign, implement, and manage performance management frameworks, including KPI setting and ongoing performance measurementOversee and support performance review processes, ensuring consistency, fairness, and alignment with business objectivesProvide strategic HR advice and guidance to senior leadership and line managersCoach and support managers in effective people management, performance conversations, and employee developmentManage employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, performance improvement, and absence managementOversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talentManage compensation, benefits, and performance-related reward processesEnsure compliance with statutory obligations, including GDPR, health & safety, equality, and employment legislationPromote employee engagement, wellbeing, and a high-performance, inclusive workplace cultureMaintain accurate HR records and produce HR metrics, insights, and reports to support business decision-makingExperienceMinimum of 5 years' experience in a senior HR or HR management roleStrong experience in people development, performance management, and talent initiativesProven experience setting KPIs and managing performance review cyclesDemonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders and influence organisational strategyExtensive experience managing employee relations cases end-to-endIn-depth knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR best practiceQualificationsDegree in Human Resources, Business, or a related disciplineCIPD qualification (or equivalent) is highly desirableOngoing professional development in HR, people development, or employment law is an advantage
